Payment Policy
At Lumeure we want you to check out with complete peace of mind. Below you will find which payment methods we accept, when your payment is taken and how it is protected.
Which payment methods do we accept?
You can pay with:

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bancontact
- BLIK
Which methods you see at checkout depends on the country you are ordering from and the device you are using. The methods available to you at that moment are always listed in the checkout.
When is the payment taken?
The full amount is charged the moment you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away. If it has not arrived after fifteen minutes, please check your spam folder first and otherwise contact us. Your order is only final once you have that confirmation from us.
Which currency do you pay in?
You pay in the currency that belongs to the country you selected. You can change the country at the bottom of any page. If you pay in a currency other than that of your account, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or a surcharge, which is outside our control.
Is your payment secure?
The checkout runs entirely over a secure connection (SSL) and the payment itself is handled by our payment providers. We do not store any card or bank details ourselves, nor do we ever see them.
Payment declined or failed
If your payment is declined, the cause almost always lies with your bank or card issuer — a daily limit, a block on online or foreign payments, or a typing error in the details. Try again with another method or contact your bank. If no amount is debited, no order has been created either.
Refunds
A refund is always returned to the payment method you used. The conditions are set out in our return and refund policy.
